Hulk scored two brilliant free kicks for Atlético Mineiro during a 3-0 win over Democrata SL.

The legendary Brazilian is known for having one of the most powerful shots in football history.

And that was on display during the recent win over Democrata.

That's because Hulk's second free kick was struck at a crazy Democrata 120km/h.

Wow.

The former Porto striker opened the scoring after 12 minutes was the less impressive of the two free kicks.

It may have been 30 yards out but Hulk's sidefooted effort probably should have been saved by goalkeeper Gustavo Silva. That was struck at a mere 90km/h.

But Hulk's effort 22 minutes later was simply unstoppable.

With a free-kick on the edge of the box, Hulk absolutely smashed the ball past Silva and into the back of the net. It's believed to have been hit at 120km/h.

There's simply no way of stopping that. And if you tried to, you'll likely end up in hospital.

Hulk's dramatic weight loss in recent match

Recently, Hulk showed off his dramatic weight loss during a match played in heat.

Before the game against Tombense which was played in 30 degree Celsius temperature, Hulk claimed he weighed 97.6kg. After the match, he came in at 91.9kg.

That means that Hulk lost 5.7kg during the 90 minutes.

It's not the first time this has happened to Hulk.

Back in July 2022, Hulk claimed that he also went from 97kg to 91kg following a clash against Flamengo at the Maracana.

“Since I arrived at Atletico Mineiro, that was the game in which I was the most dehydrated. Today I lost six kilos,” the 36-year-old said after the game, per Marca.

“It was exhausting. I was tired. I started the match with 97 kilos and finished it with 91.”

Hulk's team then flew home without him due to his inability to urinate for an anti-doping test.

“I fell into the anti-doping test. I was there for four hours, I drank 30 litres of water,” he added. “But it was hard for me to urinate. In the end, it worked and now I just want to get home.”
