Hull City face competition for Robinio Vaz’s signature | OneFootball

As reported by The Athletic, Hull City are in talks to sign Robinio Vaz (19), who only moved to AS Roma from formative club Olympique de Marseille in January. The publication understands that a deal worth over €30m is close. However, Foot Mercato now understands that the Premier League side may face competition for the Frenchman’s signature.

There is the prospect of Vaz returning to France, just six months after departing. Foot Mercato understands that FC Lorient are interested. There is also interest from the Bundesliga and also from the Eredivisie. PSV are keen on the Roma forward. Despite that, Hull City do remain in pole position in the race to sign him. In light of significant interest from across the continent, Vaz is now hesitating and biding his time before making a decision on his future. With the transfer window closing on Tuesday, however, the Frenchman will have to make a decision soon.
