OGC Nice are reportedly on the verge of finalising a deal with Hull City for the transfer of Mohamed-Ali Cho (22), according to information from L’Équipe.

Having been promoted to the Premier League this season, the Tigers are preparing to offer Les Aiglons a cheque for €20m to secure the French forward’s signature. For Nice, who need to make savings of nearly €70m this summer, such a sale seemed like a windfall.

Following Charles Vanhoutte (27), Jérémie Boga (29), Gabin Bernardeau (20) and Mattia Viti (24), Cho is set to become the Côte d’Azur side’s fifth sale of the summer transfer window.

Having joined Nice from Real Sociedad in a €10m move in the winter of 2024, the Stains-born player has established himself as a regular starter in the Rouge et Noir line-up. Making 37 appearances for the club last season, Cho proved decisive on 10 occasions, scoring five goals and providing five assists.
