‘I believe in this team’ – Caicedo signs new Chelsea deal until 2033 | OneFootball

Chelsea have confirmed that Moises Caicedo has committed his future to the club with a new deal.

The midfielder joined Chelsea from Brighton in 2023, and has since made 140 appearances for the club.

“I am so happy to have extended my contract at Chelsea,” Caicedo said. “I believe in this team, this club and I know we’re going in the right direction. We’ve only just begun together.

“There is still a lot more to achieve, and I’m very hungry to keep improving every day. I want to win more trophies with Chelsea and give everything for this club and for the fans,” he continued. “We have enjoyed some great times together already and my dream is to become a Chelsea legend, and I will work as hard as possible to make that happen.”

The 24-year-old has scored eight times for Chelsea and established himself as one of the best midfielders in world football. His performances in the 2024/25 campaign helped secure the club the UEFA Conference League title and Club World Cup, and he was voted Player of the Season by supporters.
