Ilaix Moriba has completed a permanent move to Celta Vigo. The 22-year-old had spent the 2024/25 season on loan at the Spanish first-division side, featuring in 33 LaLiga matches in this timeframe. The loan deal between the two clubs had also included a buy option, which has now been triggered.

Moriba joined RBL in summer 2021 from FC Barcelona, making six cameos during his first six months in Leipzig. He then went out on loan to Valencia from January 2022 to June 2023 (46 appearances). He had previously also featured in 14 LaLiga matches for Getafe back in the 2023/24 season.
