INCIDE held the workshop “Psychological Skills of the Coach for Team Management” | OneFootball

Club Deportivo Guadalajara continues to demonstrate its commitment to the development of Mexican football in every aspect through concrete actions. Through INCIDE (Institute of Sports Sciences), the club created a space where, on this occasion, coaches were able to learn firsthand about its working methodology.

With the aim of strengthening team management competencies, the workshop “Psychological Skills of the Coach for Team Management” was held at the Verde Valle facilities. The event focused on promoting an adaptive motivational climate to enhance learning, performance, competitiveness, and player well-being.

Throughout the workshop, coaches reflected on the impact of their behaviors on the team environment and player motivation, while also analyzing practical strategies to optimize their day-to-day interventions. As part of the closing activities, they designed tasks applicable to their own training contexts, integrating the concepts covered. Active participation and constant feedback fostered a collaborative learning environment aimed at improving developmental work within the club.

Once again, this initiative highlights Club Deportivo Guadalajara’s commitment to remaining a benchmark both on and off the field. Through INCIDE, the club will continue to promote seminars and workshops to drive the evolution of Mexican football.
