Inter beat Torino 2-1 in the quarter finals of the Coppa Italia and are through to the semi-finals. At the U-Power Stadium in Monza, Chivu's side went ahead at the end of the first half thanks to Bonny's header, after a stunning assist from Kamate (on his full Inter debut). In the second half, Diouf doubled the lead after great build-up play from Thuram. Torino upped the ante after Inter's two goals, and Kulenovic pulled one back for the Granata. In the closing stages, Inter managed the game well - Torino's Prati scored but it was disallowed for offside. With this win, Inter are through to the semi-finals of the Coppa Italia and will face one of Napoli or Como (to be decided on February 10).
