Luis Henrique remains up for sale, but the latest reports indicate that Inter might not seek a like-for-like replacement if the Brazilian is sold this summer and that they could instead seek to bring in another option in attack.
It has been a summer of ups and downs for the reigning Serie A and Coppa Italia champions, who have brought in Djed Spence, John Stones, Ivan Provedel and have re-signed Aleksandar Stankovic from Club Brugge, but only after missing out on deals for the likes of Marco Palestra, Anan Khalaili and Nico Paz.

The Nerazzurri are not expected to stop there, though. Davide Frattesi has recently joined Lazio on loan with an option to buy and that is expected to help Inter towards the signing of Curtis Jones from Liverpool.
There have also been suggestions that Luis Henrique could be sold – Roma reported to be among the interested clubs – and if that were to be the case, that a replacement option out wide could also be brought in before the close of the summer transfer window.
However, according to reports from Calciomercato, Inter could change that stance and instead look to bring in another attacking option to rotate with the likes of Lautaro Martinez, Marcus Thuram, Pio Esposito and Ange-Yoan Bonny.

The feeling is that with the signing of Spence and the pre-season performances of Andy Diouf at right wing-back, that Inter may be well stocked in that department anyway. Federico Dimarco is the go-to option on the left with Carlos Augusto his deputy, so there may not be a desperate need for a new wing-back if Luis Henrique goes.
Instead, Inter could potentially look to bring in a new profile in attack, not necessarily a new out-and-out centre-forward, but perhaps somebody in the mold of Ademola Lookman, who had been linked with a move to San Siro last summer, or Nico Paz, who had briefly been linked with the Nerazzurri in the earlier stages of this transfer window.
