When it looked like Inter and Liverpool would share the spoils, Felix Zwayer decided to take matters into his own hands.

Despite initially refusing to award a penalty for Alessandro Bastoni’s soft foul on Florian Wirtz, he changed his mind after consulting with the VAR booth.

Zwayer pointed to the spot after reviewing the incident on the side-pitch monitor, condemning Inter to another heartbreaking loss.
