Arsenal maintained their flawless Champions League campaign with a stunning 3-1 away win over Inter Milan last night.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInterNews, several factors led to the Nerazzurri’s ‘knockout’ in another high-profile fixture.
Despite winning five of their six outings before the kick-off, Inter faltered in a third consecutive Champions League game.
As a result, Cristian Chivu has become the first Nerazzurri coach to lose three successive such matches since 2011.
More importantly, the Serie A pacesetters are now on the brink of dropping out of the top eight.

There was a feeling that Mikel Arteta’s charges scored the first two goals way too easily.
While they were fortunate to find the opener through Gabriel Jesus, Inter helped them regain the lead from a set piece.
Despite being aware of Arsenal’s set-piece prowess, Chivu’s side failed to defend a corner-kick.
