Young Inter Milan goalkeeper Gabriel Brazao has suffered a serious knee injury.
Brazao ruptured the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee and will require surgery.
The incident occurred during Monday's training session and tests today confirmed the worst scenario.
The Brazilian turns 21 in October and had been linked with a loan move to Serie B side Cosenza.
He could be left on the sidelines for six months.
