Inter Milan coach Cristian Chivu is preparing another significant reshuffle as the Nerazzurri turn their focus to a key Serie A meeting with Sassuolo.
Chivu had already made ten changes between the Coppa Italia outing against Cremonese and the subsequent league fixture versus Torino.
Now, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, a further nine alterations are expected between the cup commitments and Sunday’s clash with Sassuolo.
Only a couple of players who started the recent match in Monza against Torino are tipped to keep their places.

Marcus Thuram and Henrikh Mkhitaryan are the leading candidates to be retained, although Thuram’s spot is not entirely secure. Young forward Francesco Pio Esposito is reportedly pushing for a chance to start.
Elsewhere, Chivu is expected to restore a more familiar structure. In defence, the trio of Yann Bisseck, Manuel Akanji and Alessandro Bastoni should form the back three. On the flanks, Luis Henrique and Federico Dimarco are set to provide width and attacking thrust.
In midfield, Petar Sucic and Piotr Zielinski are in line to come in alongside Mkhitaryan.
Hakan Calhanoglu and Nicolo Barella are targeting a return in time for the upcoming showdown with Juventus.
Probable Inter (3-5-2): Yann Sommer; Bisseck, Akanji, Bastoni; Luis Henrique, Sucic, Zielinski, Mkhitaryan, Dimarco; Thuram, Lautaro Martinez.
