Davide Frattesi has rejected interest from Fenerbahce as he continues to hold out for a move to Juventus, with his departure from Inter Milan increasingly seen as inevitable.

That Frattesi is expected to leave Inter is no longer a surprise.

Equally clear is Inter’s stance on valuation.

The Nerazzurri have no intention of entertaining offers below €30 million.

Indeed, they would prefer an immediate sale, especially if the buyer is an Italian rival.

This scenario is well known to Juventus, who admire the midfielder but have so far made assessments that, as Tuttosport puts it, “do not align at all with Inter’s.”

According to the newspaper, Juventus are banking on patience.

“Time can take its course, increasing frustrations as well as desires,” the report explains, adding that “the desire, in this case, is separation.” Frattesi’s relationship with Inter is described as “a worn-out story,” one that has drawn attention from several clubs.

Interest has arrived from Roma and Napoli, though neither are currently prioritising a move. More concrete was the approach from Fenerbahce, but Frattesi has delivered a clear refusal.

Tuttosport states that “as long as the Juventus option is on the table, his preferred destination, he will try to hold his ground.”

The reasoning goes beyond status or prestige. Frattesi’s priority is playing time. He wants minutes, rhythm and confidence in what is described as “a year that is too important.”

The midfielder is also motivated by a broken promise.

Last summer, Cristian Chivu had assured him of space and tactical options, even “a tailor-made role just behind the striker.” Those expectations were not met.

Now, with the World Cup cycle looming, Frattesi believes waiting for Juventus is worth the risk. Whether Inter’s valuation and Juve’s patience eventually meet remains the key question.
