Inter Milan are exploring the possibility of signing Marc Guehi from Crystal Palace in January as they look to reinforce their defence ahead of the second half of the season.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter are looking for a new centre-back and Guehi has caught their eye.
The 25-year-old England international is out of contract next June, and Inter are reportedly aiming to secure him on a free transfer.
However, they face intense competition from Bayern Munich and Liverpool, who came close to signing him last summer.

Guehi has decided not to renew with Palace.
Therefore, this is expected to trigger a bidding war next summer: one Inter are keen to avoid.
Gazzetta notes that the Nerazzurri could instead try to bring the move forward to January,
Indeed, through a wider operation involving Yann Bisseck.
However, for now, the idea remains in the exploratory stage.
Inter are also tracking several other options.
Among those are Dayot Upamecano, who is approaching the end of his deal with Bayern Munich, Mario Gila of Lazio, Oumar Solet of Udinese, Tarik Muharemovic of Sassuolo, and Joel Ordonez of Club Brugge, who is valued at around €30 million.
