Nico Paz has established himself as one of the most exciting young footballers in Europe since leaving Real Madrid for Como 1907 in 2024.
The Argentine attacking midfielder’s exploits this term have helped the Serie A club to push for European qualification for next season.
Given how his development has gone, Real Madrid intend to re-sign Nico this summer by exercising their €9 million buyback clause on the former academy ace.
However, according to Corriere dello Sport (h/t AS), Inter Milan have identified Nico Paz as their top transfer priority, although they are aware that signing him is almost impossible, as Real Madrid hold priority over his future.
The Nerazzurri had shown an interest in signing the Argentine international last summer as well, but little came of it. Heading into the upcoming transfer window, they are once again monitoring him even though any move will be near impossible.

As previously reported, Real Madrid have already decided to activate the buyback option they hold on the player, with a deadline set for 30 May.
Within the club, there is a clear belief that the academy product’s future lies in returning to the Spanish capital, and officials have already taken steps to ensure all parties are aware of this decision.
In 38 matches this season, Nico has recorded 13 goals and eight assists, establishing himself as a key player for the northern Italian club.
Real Madrid are hopeful that he can have a similar impact once he returns to the club, with there being no doubts about his comeback despite the continued interest from Inter Milan.
