Barella not only joined his teammates on the trip but also took part in full training sessions from the start of the camp, maintaining his rhythm and presence within the group.

According to the report, Barella had the option to skip the match and join the squad later in Milanello, where Italy will prepare for Sunday’s clash against Norway.

Instead, he refused the extra rest day, choosing to remain alongside his teammates.

It’s a gesture that reflects Barella’s professionalism, leadership, and deep attachment to the Azzurri shirt, as he continues to set an example for younger players in the squad.
