Inter Milan are ready to listen to last minute offers for striker Eddie Salcedo in the final week of the summer transfer window.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews.

This summer, Salcedo has been back at Inter following the end of his loan spell with Lecco in Serie B.

Salcedo has gone out on a number of loans over the past few seasons.

The Italian Under-21 international had spent the 2019-20 and 2020-21 seasons on loan at Hellas Verona. There, he found some consistency playing under Ivan Juric.

However, after those two campaigns, Salcedo has bounced around somewhat.

Salcedo spent the 2021-22 season on loan with Spezia in Serie A.

Then the following season it was a loan to Serie B. First, Salcedo was at Bari in the second division, and then in the January transfer window of that campaign it was a return to Liguria with Genoa.

Last season, it was two different loan moves over the two halves of the season once again for Salcedo.

The Italian spent the first half of last campaign with Spanish second division team Eldense. Then in January, he joined Lecco where he spent the second half of the season.

It is quite clear that Inter will want to offload Salcedo this summer.

The 22-year-old is not exactly a player with a place in the Nerazzurri’s first team plans.

However, as of yet Inter have not found a new club for Salcedo.

The Nerazzurri could either loan the Italian Under-21 international out again, or even sell him on a permanent basis once and for all.

There is now just a week left to go in the summer transfer window.

Therefore, Inter know that they do not have a great deal to sort out a new destination for Salcedo.

As such, Tuttosport report, Inter will be ready to listen to last minute bids for the 22-year-old in the coming days.
