Richard Ríos has attracted fresh European attention, with Inter Milan tracking the Benfica midfielder and Napoli previously linked.

According to Calciomercato, Inter Milan are monitoring the No 20 after an improved spell, with scouts impressed by his physical and technical profile and seeing him as a potential midfield addition.

The Colombian started the season slowly but has raised his level in recent weeks, proving influential in results against Arouca and Vitória de Guimarães.

Earlier reports have also connected Napoli with Ríos, suggesting exploratory contact with Benfica.

This season Ríos, valued at 22 million euros, has played 40 competitive matches for Benfica, logging 3,200 minutes with five goals and five assists.

His appearances break down as 22 in Liga Portugal Betclic, 12 in the Champions League, three in the Taça de Portugal, two in the Taça da Liga and one in the Supertaça.
