The build-up to Serie A's return over the Easter weekend is underway. Inter will be back in league action on Sunday, 5 April at 20:45 CET, hosting Roma at San Siro. Before this, eleven Nerazzurri will once again be representing their national teams during the international break. The only anomaly here is Marcus Thuram, as France have already played all their fixtures in this international break: Les Bleus secured two victories over Brazil and Colombia in friendlies in the United States.

Italy secured a spot in the 2026 World Cup qualifying playoff finals thanks to a 2-0 win over Northern Ireland in Bergamo. The Azzurri will now face Bosnia and Herzegovina for a spot at the World Cup, with the match scheduled for Tuesday, 31 March at 20:45 CEST in Zenica.

Croatia, who have already qualified for the 2026 World Cup, are playing a series of friendlies in the United States. In their opening match, Sucic's side came from behind to secure a 2-1 win over Colombia in Orlando, with the midfielder in action for 61 minutes. Croatia will close out the international window with another friendly against Brazil.

The Netherlands, like Croatia, are also playing friendlies during this international break after securing qualification for the 2026 World Cup. Ronald Koeman's side secured a 2-1 victory over Norway in Amsterdam. The Oranje will now face Ecuador in their second game, with the two Nerazzurri players set to be involved.

Zielinski's Poland are in a similar boat to Italy and will be fighting for qualification for the 2026 World Cup. In their opening match, the Polish side came from behind to secure a 2-1 win over Albania in Warsaw, with the Nerazzurri midfielder scoring the decisive goal. Poland will now aim to secure qualification away against Sweden.

Switzerland have secured a spot at the World Cup and are now participating in friendlies during this international break. Akanji's team were defeated by Germany in their opening match. Switzerland will close out their fixtures with another friendly, this time away against Norway.

Turkey will compete in a decisive match who, like Italy and Poland, are fighting to secure a spot at the World Cup. The Nerazzurri midfielder's side secured a 1-0 victory over Romania in Istanbul in the playoff semi-final and will now be looking to secure qualification away in Pristina against Kosovo.
