Osula has been named in the Denmark squad ahead of their 2026 World Cup Path D qualifier against North Macedonia on Thursday 26 March.
Brian Riemer's side finished in second place of their Group C campaign, two points adrift of table toppers Scotland, and were drawn at home to North Macedonia in the semi-finals.
The last-four tie will take place at Parken Stadium, home of F.C. Copenhagen, with the winner facing a final showdown away at either Czech Republic or Republic of Ireland on Tuesday 31 March in order to qualify for this summer's World Cup finals.
Both games are set to take place at 7:45pm BST.
Osula, who has scored eight goals in 15 appearances for his country at under-21 level, is still awaiting his senior international debut.
Wissa has been named in the DR Congo squad as his country aim to reach a first World Cup finals since 1974.
DR Congo will face either New Caledonia or Jamaica in the World Cup qualification play-off final on Tuesday 31 March, with the winner advancing into Group K of this summer's World Cup finals, which contains Portugal, Uzbekistan and Colombia.
The match will take place at Estadio Akron in Mexico, with kick-off set at 10pm BST.
DR Congo will also warm up for the play-off final by taking on Bermuda in a friendly on Wednesday 25 March.
