International round-up: Knaak's Germany held

Rebecca Knaak's Germany were held to a 0-0 draw in the UEFA Women's Nation League final, first leg at the Fritz-Walter-Stadion.
Knaak enjoyed a solid 90 minutes against the current world champions, and the Germans enjoyed the better of the tussle with 16 shots to Spain’s seven.
Leila Ouahabi was an unused sub for La Roja.
The teams will meet again in the second leg on Tuesday, 2 December at Estadio Metropolitano in Madrid.
There were also a number of friendly games including Netherlands’ 2-1 win away to Portugal.
Kerstin Casparij played the full 90 minutes for the Dutch who scored twice in two first-half minutes through Grant (21) and Wilms (23).
Andreia Faria reduced the arrears for the hosts three minutes before the break but Netherlands held on for victory with no further scoring after the break.
Elsewhere, Eartha Cumings was an unused sub in Scotland’s 1-1 draw away to Ukraine.
And Iman Beney couldn’t prevent Switzerland falling to a 2-1 home defeat to Belgium.
Beney played for 93 minutes before being substituted in a game where Deloose put the Belgians ahead on 36, before the Swiss levelled just past the hour through Lehmann.
De Caigny scored the winner on 73 minutes for Belgium.
