A magnificent return.

In a friendly played at the Ullevaal Stadion in Oslo,  the hosts were awarded a penalty after Andreas Schjelderup was fouled in the box by Topi Keskinen.

Haaland calmly stroked home the spot-kick with 17 minutes played and was replaced at the break by Alexander Sørloth - one of several changes Norway boss Ståle Solbakken made with Tuesday's World Cup qualifier against Moldova no doubt firmly n his thoughts.

Oscar Bobb won his 11th cap and played the full 90 minutes, but Sverre Nypan was not involved on this occasion.

More international news on City players will follow throughout the evening.
