Inter have once again shown their class in a dominant first-half performance away at Cremonese.
Inter captain Lautaro Martínez opened the scoring with a well-placed, albeit unmarked, header into the bottom-right corner directly off of Federico Dimarco's corner kick.
It is the 28-year-old's 128th goal for the Nerazzurri, putting him joint-fourth of Inter's all-time scorers table, level with Alessandro Altobelli (128).
Martínez is now just 10 goals shy of second-place, but significantly behind Giuseppe Meazza's 197.
Inter looked poised to extend their lead at the top of the table after doubling their lead through a swerving Piotr Zieliński strike from well outside the box.
