Ipswich Town looking to take Tammy Abraham on loan

Ipswich Town are hoping to complete the loan signing of striker Tammy Abraham according to reports.

The former Chelsea man joined the Villans on a four-year deal from Besiktas midway through last season and went on to feature 15 times for Unai Emery's side, scoring three times.

However, as Villa's squad undergoes big changes this summer, the 28-year-old could leave Villa Park this window.

The Tractor Boys are said to have agreed a deal with Villa to loan Abraham with the player to ultimately decide on where he will play this season.

Abraham has already featured once for Villa this season, coming on in the 72nd minute in the 2-1 Super Cup defeat to Paris Saint-Germain earlier this month.
