Ipswich Town make bid to Toulouse for Hull City target Emersonn | OneFootball

Ipswich Town are reported to have made an offer to Toulouse FC in a bid to beat Hull City to the signing of Emersonn (21), according to Sky Sports.

Already a target for the Tigers, who are said to have proposed a fee of £22.3m to his club, the Brazilian is therefore attracting a great deal of interest. The Tractors Boys, who have also been promoted to the Premier League this season, are said to have tabled a rival bid, although the exact figure has not been disclosed.

Having joined Ligue 1 from Turkish side Göztepe S.K. last summer, Emersonn could therefore be set to leave the league already, despite having a contract running until June 2029. Having made 31 appearances for the Violets in the 2025-26 season, the player who came through the ranks at Athletico Paranaense proved decisive on 10 occasions, scoring seven goals and providing three assists across all competitions.

A former Brazilian Under-16 international, the Cachoeiro de Itapemirim native has not yet convinced Carlo Ancelotti to select him for the first team. A move to the Premier League could certainly help him achieve that.
