Ipswich Town have completed the signing of Leicester City winger Nelly Las on a loan deal for the remainder of the season.

WSL Full-Time were informed of the news via an official club press release from The Foxes this afternoon.

The 18-year-old is in her second spell with Leicester City. She spent time in Leicester City’s girls academy at the age of nine before returning to the club in her early teens. Las has gone on to graduate from the Leicester City academy into the senior team. She made her senior debut for The Foxes in the Subway Women’s League Cup early in the 2024/2025 season and she has gone on to make 23 appearances in total.

On the international stage, Las has represented England at Under-19 level.

After joining Ipswich Town on loan, Las said “I’m excited by the opportunity and I am looking forward to getting to know my new teammates.

“The set-up here looks great and I think it’s important to be somewhere which has everyone pushing towards the same goal.

“I would describe myself as an aggressive full back who likes to go forward and make things happen, and I hope to bring that into the games during my time here.”

Las is Ipswich Town’s first Transfer Deadline Day signing.
