The squad have been preparing in Antalya, in southern Türkiye, and are still seeking visas for the United States, where all three group matches are scheduled to be played.

Owing to the geopolitical situation, Iran switched their base at short notice from Tucson, Arizona, to Mexico.

They are set to face New Zealand in Los Angeles on 16 June at 03:00, Belgium on 21 June at 21:00, then Egypt on 27 June at 05:00 in Seattle. A final friendly is planned for Thursday in Antalya against Mali at 17:30.
