Isaac Atanga will not play in the Allsvenskan with Kalmar FF. The Ghanaian winger is now signing with Thór Akureyri, the Icelandic club.

Atanga joined Kalmar in 2025 from Aalesunds FK. He had limited playing time this season, but contributed to the club’s journey to promotion to the top division. Kalmar thanks the player for his professionalism and wishes him the best of luck in Iceland. The club is now preparing for its return to the Allsvenskan.
