Italy international Giorgio Scalvini signs new Atalanta deal | OneFootball

Atalanta have confirmed Italy international Giorgio Scalvini has signed a new contract.

The club did not disclose the length. According to Football Italia, it is a new three-year extension, taking his deal from 2028 to 2031.

The agreement was presented as the latest chapter in a bond formed in his youth, with Scalvini portrayed as a true son of Zingonia who developed at the Centro Bortolotti and reflects the club’s values.

His conduct on and off the pitch was highlighted, and at 22 he has already made 144 professional appearances in Nerazzurri colours.

The Percassi and Pagliuca families, together with the sporting management, wished him continued success with the team.

Scalvini is currently on Italy duty. He came on in Friday’s 2-0 defeat to Belgium and is expected to start against Türkiye on Monday.
