With three games to go, there is everything still to play for, and it couldn't be more exciting. This Sunday 3 May our next big match awaits: At 17:00 CEST, we host the reigning champions and current second-place team, SK Sturm Graz, at the Red Bull Arena.

The situation is clear: in recent weeks, our lads have reduced the gap to the league leaders from five to two points – despite the recent frustrating defeat against Rapid. In the title race, we still control our own destiny, but a win against Sturm Graz is now absolutely essential. In our recent encounters, Sturm Graz have pushed us to our limits. The last two matches ended 1-1 – making a victory against SK Sturm long overdue. Their last win dates back to March 2025. One name that always stands out in matches against Sturm Graz is Yorbe Vertessen. The 25-year-old has already scored twice against them this season and has scored more goals against them than against any other team. Although Fabio Ingolitsch's side arrive in Salzburg with a ten-match unbeaten run, Kiteishvili and his teammates have drawn their last four matches. A thrilling clash is guaranteed, and our Red Bulls will do everything in their power to make the Red Bull Arena the decisive stage in the title race – with the support of our fans, of course. Not got your seat yet? The last few tickets for the North Stand are available at the special price of €12. Our official resales channel is also open: If you're unable to attend at short notice, you can easily and legally resell your seat there. It's worth checking the ticket shop regularly!
There's plenty going on around the Red Bull Arena several hours before kickoff. Plus, from when the stadium opens until kick-off, there will be a total of 1,200 liters of free beer for EVERYONE WEARING RED AND WHITE! You can find all the details in our matchday information:

The situation before this top-of-the-table clash is relatively clear, as we all know. We've managed to reduce the gap to the league leaders from five points to two during the packed week of fixtures. Therefore, despite the recent defeat against Rapid, this period has been a positive one overall. We know the situation in the standings and that we and LASK are the only teams who control their own destiny in the title race. Our players are aware of this, and we've discussed it. Nevertheless, it's very important for us to focus on what's most important now, being fully present for the match against Sturm Graz. For years against Sturm Graz, it's always been about intensity and quality in challenges. Those will certainly be crucial elements again on Sunday, and we definitely won't shy away from that.
