Liverpool believe they have signed another best in the world, the club just keeps getting better.

There’s a real sense of excitement around Anfield right now. Arne Slot and Richard Hughes have moved on, with Andoni Iraola and Julian Ward now back at the helm. In many ways, it feels like Liverpool are returning to what made them successful in the first place.

Iraola brings that charismatic, full-throttle style of football that Jurgen Klopp helped make synonymous with the Reds. Ward, meanwhile, has always had a squad-building mindset rather than simply chasing the biggest names available.

Iraola's fast-paced and intense style is going to get the best out of all of them. Patience is needed, but also behind the scenes Liverpool have more exciting players ready to step-up.

Trey Nyoni could be part of that conversation. Meanwhile, Lamine Camara has been pursued and a move for him is very possible come the January window.

The report claims that as well as Brughmans in Ifeanyi Ndukwe Liverpool believe they've signed the best young centre-back in the world.

So, in the future they could have two world-class players if they both fulfil their potential. It's exciting times ahead.
