The Blues were quiet in January, but things are expected to be different in the summer, with a number of positions needing to be addressed.
Chelsea are said to still be looking for a centre back, whilst they are believed to want to add a midfielder and an attacker.
Midfield is said to be a priority for Chelsea this summer, as the Blues look to ease the burden on both Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo.
Chelsea have been linked with both Anderson and Adam Wharton, but will likely face competition from a number of clubs for the duo.
Sam Allardyce feels Anderson would be a great signing for Chelsea, and Falk has reported what fee Forest are set to ask for when discussing potential interest from Bayern Munich.
“It is NOT TRUE: Bayern Munich are interested in Elliot Anderson,” he wrote in his latest Bayern Insider column.
“He’s too expensive! It’s said that he’ll cost €80m [£68.9m], which is just too much money for Bayern Munich, and they don’t need a player in this position.”
Anderson is thought to be attracting interest from a number of clubs, and is likely to leave Forest this summer, especially if they get relegated.
If the Blues are to stand any chance of landing the England international, they will need to at a minimum offer Champions League football.
Whilst the Blues may move for Anderson, they will need to do their best to hold onto Fernandez this summer, after he appeared to throw doubt over his future.
The Argentine seemingly refused to guarantee he’d still be at the club next season after the defeat 3-0 to PSG.

Fernandez is thought to be open to a move to Real Madrid, and it’ll be an interesting situation to watch this summer.
