“Tomorrow I will rotate the squad but not too much,” he continued.

“I still haven’t decided who will play but it’s natural to rotate when you play seven games in just under three weeks.”

“The crisis? At this moment we absolutely do not have a winning mentality. I see positive performances but we make a lot of mistakes and we don’t win.”

“Many things are going well, but we must change our tune. I expect a higher will starting tomorrow, we must get out of this situation as soon as possible,” he added.

“I see many players improving, playing better than before, but we’re still not the team we should be, and that is a team that wins. We must show what we’re made of.”

“We need Hummels but we have to decide when is the right time for him and I’m thinking about it seriously.”

“Lack of protection from the owners? I don’t lack anything at all to work well. The situation inside the club is perfect. Ghisolfi and I talk about everything and I feel his confidence.”

“I don’t make excuses, neither do the players, that’s a sign of weakness. You have to win games and that’s all that counts.”

“The problem is that we don’t have a winning mentality. The way we’ve started this season is not good and from tomorrow onwards I want to see us play meaner.”

“We can achieve winning mentality by working hard in training, in our everyday work. There are no fixed positions in the team’s line-up, especially when things don’t go as they should.”

“The team can improve. The situation we’re in is shit, a total disaster, but we can improve. The boys must be incredibly hungry to turn it around. They must become beasts in order to get out of it.”

“The club’s main objective? The Champions League is our priority,” he concluded.
