Jaime Giordanella confirms Deportivo Dolavon stay for 2026 Apertura | OneFootball

Diario EL CHUBUT reports that Jaime Giordanella has confirmed he will continue as Deportivo Dolavon head coach for the 2026 Torneo Apertura of the Liga de Fútbol Valle del Chubut, which could begin in late February.

The experienced manager, a serial winner in the Valle, is from Paso del Sapo and has coached Racing, Germinal, Guillermo Brown and Independiente among others. He has extended his tenure with optimism.

Giordanella took charge of the Verdolaga in January 2024. This will be his third season with the first team. The team’s best run under him came in the 2024 Apertura, when they reached the quarter-finals.

The list of head coaches for the first competition of the year is now complete, with one exception. Independiente are close to bringing in Oscar "Cachi" Viegas to work alongside Walter Dencor, which could be confirmed on Thursday.

Defensores del Parque have also installed a coaching duo, with Flavio Chacano arriving to work with Lautaro Beltrán.
