MIAMI – The 2025 Concacaf Boys’ Under-15 Championship continued on Saturday with the League B final and third-place match at Stadion CD Guillermo Trinidad in Oranjestad, Aruba.
Third-place match
Guatemala 0-1 Trinidad and Tobago
Trinidad and Tobago finished in third place of League B with a 1-nil victory over Guatemala.
The Soca Warriors used a quick counterattack to find the lone goal in the 13’ as Kevez Quintero fired from a tight angle.
Down by a goal, things got worse for Guatemala as goalkeeper Mario De Paz received a straight red card in the 35’ for tackle at the edge of the box denying an obvious goalscoring opportunity.
Trinidad and Tobago couldn’t find an insurance goal, but their defense did enough to keep the lead with the man-advantage, as the Soca Warriors closed out the tournament with four clean sheets.
Final
Jamaica 2-0 Puerto Rico
Jamaica was victorious 2-nil against Puerto Rico in the Final of League B.
The Reggae Boyz set the tone early as a long ball over the top was controlled by Kelvin D. Brown, who then found Tevin Savage on the right side of the box for a furious strike in the 2’.
Los Boricuas had a great chance to net the equalizer in stoppage time off a sensational Luis Rodriguez free kick that was curling into the net, but Jamaica keeper Jaheime Gray stretched for a miraculous save.
With just a one-goal lead, Jamaica was pushing while trying to keep Puerto Rico scoreless. In the 70+1, Brown delivered the dagger as he came rushing in and elevated to head home a pinpoint Kyle Hussey cross to clinch the title.
