MIAMIJamaica and El Salvador will seek to advance their World Cup hopes as the Second Round of the Concacaf Qualifiers for the FIFA World Cup 2026 continues on Saturday with matches in Groups E and F.

The Road to the 2026 continues for Concacaf nations with the final encounters of the Second Round during the June 2025 match window. The group winners and runners-up will progress to the Third and Final Round.

British Virgin Islands vs. Jamaica

The British Virgin Islands host Jamaica in Group E at A.O. Shirley Recreation Ground in Road Town, British Virgin Islands.

The British V.I. will seek to finish its campaign with a victory. A 3-nil loss to Dominica on Wednesday ended its qualifying hopes.

Jamaica enters with a 2-0-0 record and will seek to cement a top two finish to advance to the final round. Shamar Nicholson leads the qualifying campaign with three goals.

This will be the first encounter in the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers and in their overall history.

For the British Virgin Islands, this will be their 10th match against Caribbean teams in the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers, with a record of (W-0 D-6 L-3 GF-5 GA-28).

The last three times they faced Caribbean opponents, they suffered defeats.

El Salvador seeks to jump into the top two as the second round nears its final matchday. La Selecta has a 1-1-0 record and will seek to keep pace in the race for the top two. Nelson Bonilla, Jairo Henríquez and Rafael Tejada lead the scoring for El Salvador with a goal each.

They will meet for the third time in the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers and for the first time in a group stage. Previously, they played a two-legged series in 2008, where El Salvador won the series with a (16-0) aggregate score.
