Jamal Musiala believes a Germany recall next month is realistic after returning to full fitness from a fractured fibula.

According to BuLi News, the Bayern Munich midfielder is targeting the friendlies against Switzerland on March 27 and Ghana on March 30.

Speaking after Bayern’s 3-2 victory over Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday, which marked his first Bundesliga start of the season, the 22-year-old said a March call-up felt realistic but stressed he is taking it step by step.

He added that his focus is first on the Dortmund match on Saturday and the games that follow, and that he needs to find rhythm again. Reflecting on the Frankfurt display, he felt he worked hard and produced good moments.

Musiala said his mindset is to progress game by game and not dwell on the foot. He has made eight appearances for Bayern this season, scoring one goal and providing two assists.
