James Morrison has handed summer signing Felix Horn Myhre a full debut as West Brom open their Championship campaign at Norwich, the only change from the EFL Cup win at Rotherham.

According to ExpressAndStar.com, the 27-year-old, a £2.5million recruit from Brann in Norway, starts in place of Alex Mowatt, who completed a move to Derby on Friday.

There are first Championship starts for three summer arrivals, Horn Myhre, Nolan Galves and Jimmy-Jay Morgan. Academy graduate Harry Whitwell is rewarded for strong pre-season form and his goal at Rotherham with a full Championship debut.

Albion line up 4-4-2. The XI is O'Leary, Galves, Phillips, Campbell, the captain, Styles, Whitwell, Horn Myhre, Diakite, Price, Heggebo and Morgan.

The bench is Ingram (gk), Williams, Mepham, Bielik, Townsend, Nzingoula, Johnston, Molumby and Stewart.

Hosts Norwich finished last season strongly under Philippe Clement and narrowly missed out on a play-off place.
