James Rodriguez ‘in advanced talks’ with Minnesota United

According to The Athletic, James Rodriguez is in advanced talks with MLS side Minnesota United.

The 34-year-old is a Colombia international forward and currently a free agent after leaving Mexican club Leon.

He spent one year there, playing 34 matches and scoring five goals.

Minnesota United were conference semi-finalists in November.

If the move is completed, he would join compatriots Jefferson Diaz and Mauricio Gonzalez.
