Jean-Clair Todibo (24) and Khéphren Thuram (22) were both heavily linked with departures last summer, but they ultimately remained at OGC Nice, however, the two France internationals will leave the club in the summer, according to L’Équipe.

Thuram was notably linked with a move to Liverpool, which ultimately didn’t take form. “I wanted to continue to progress at Nice, and progress as a player at this club. Honestly, it made me happy to be linked to all these clubs left, right and centre. It shows I’m doing the right things but as I said, I knew I wanted to stay here,” said Thuram in November, referring to his decision to remain at the Riviera club.

A move away from Allianz Riviera, neither for Todibo nor Thuram looks on the cards either. Nice have set a hefty €60m asking price for Todibo this month in order to deter interested clubs, amid interest from Tottenham, Liverpool, Manchester United and Liverpool. However, he will likely be a cheaper option come the summer.

Having chosen to remain with Nice in order to further his progression, Thuram is also expected to leave Les Aiglons at the end of the season. In the meantime, the pair will be looking to secure a place in Didier Deschamps’ EURO 2024 squad and run Paris Saint-Germain close for the Ligue 1 title. Francesco Farioli’s side currently sit second in the standings.
