Jesús Ricardo Angulo has pleaded for further patience from Chivas supporters as results continue to be below what is expected of the club.
The Flock have collected just 10 points from their opening eight games to leave them just about in the play-off places in 10th place in the Apertura.
But with just two wins to their credit so far, the criticism that dogged them last season has carried on into this campaign.
“I know that we are in debt to the fans, we know that we owe them. Both I and the team have not given the results they expect, but also tell them that we must not get off the boat,” Angulo told TUDN.
“The team is committed, in each training session and each game we broke the mother to get the result, although it has not happened, it is important to continue with that attitude.”
Los Rojiblancos have the perfect opportunity to boost morale when they host fellow strugglers Pachuca on Saturday night.
