FC Porto goalkeeper João Costa has undergone successful surgery on a meniscal injury to his left knee.

According to O Jogo, the 30-year-old had an arthroscopy on Saturday morning at Hospital CUF Porto.

The procedure was performed by Dr António Sousa and no complications were reported.

He will now begin his usual rehabilitation at CTFD Jorge Costa.
