José Viñas has addressed links with a role at Valencia as the club look to reinforce their technical department.
"Nobody from Valencia has been in touch," he said on À Punt’s La Banda.

Valencia CF are still seeking an addition to their secretariat after changing the profile they want and missing a deadline set by Ron Gourlay for the hire. The position appears to be a Spain-based scouting role reporting to Lisandro Isei.
The Valencian scout, who has worked for Eintracht and Schalke 04 in Germany, is a free agent and has been mentioned among recent candidates.
"I would like to work at Valencia if the opportunity comes one day. It would be special to work for the team from my home and a big responsibility."
