As cited on X and confirmed by the journalist himself, Rahman Osman said:

“I am told that the Chelsea players are liking the ‘human touch’ that Liam Rosenior has added since he became the new head coach.”

You can certainly see the difference that he seems to be making amongst the group so far, with the players responding well to the change of manager that we saw when Enzo Maresca departed the club to be replaced by the BlueCo man arriving from Strasbourg.

Rosenior has been seen joking and messing around with his players in post-match interviews and at training, so there seems to be a good balance of hard work and play as well as staying focused for the games. The players are responding well to him, it’s good to see. And the results are showing it on the pitch as well. Let’s hope it can continue.
