Journalist claims he has real valuation of Nicolas Jackson as 3 clubs make enquiries

One journalist has claimed that he actually has the real valuation of Nicolas Jackson as three clubs make enquiries.

The Blues look like they could sell the striker this summer transfer window, although they want a huge fee for him according to one report earlier this week.

Chelsea have also been linked with wanting to sign yet another striker as well as Liam Delap and Joao Pedro, with Hugo Ekitike being wanted by the club. However, a report now states that Chelsea are unlikely to pursue a move for the Frankfurt striker this window after they have signed Pedro from Brighton – so that one can pretty much be ruled out I guess.

Could this change if Chelsea sell Jackson?

Chelsea may well go back in for Ekitike, or another striker, if they actually do now decide to sell Jackson – and it’s something that many are not ruling out despite the report about the large fee that Chelsea are asking.

Jackson has not always been the most popular player amongst Chelsea fans, but he has been slowly improving over time. Despite that, I believe Chelsea would certainly sell him this summer and it would not even need to be a massive fee to convince them to do so.

Chelsea don’t want £100m for Jackson

Despite reports, journalist Nabil Djellit claims that Chelsea are only looking for around 70m euros for Jackson this summer, which equates to around £60m. I think that is a much more reasonable ask.

Djellit reports Jackson is available for €70m at Chelsea. Manchester United, Aston Villa and Napoli have all made enquiries. A decision will be made after the Club World Cup.

So there are three clubs making enquiries to sell him, and his price isn’t even that expensive. So I think he could still go.
