JS Kabylie has taken a major institutional turn following the general meeting held at the Mobilis headquarters. As the majority shareholder, the operator has announced a sweeping reorganization aimed at restoring a more transparent and coherent governance structure.
At the heart of this reshuffle is the appointment of Adel Boudedja as chairman of the board, replacing El Hadi Ould Ali. Mobilis justifies this move by its desire to "strengthen the club's governance" and "lay the foundations for a more structured and sustainable sporting project."
On the sporting side, the end of Hakim Medane's tenure and the creation of a new position of Technical Sports Director mark a deliberate break with the past. Mobilis stresses the need to "turn the page" and has announced an open recruitment process, aiming to put JSK on a path to stability and high performance.
