The UNFP has announced the three-player shortlist for the season’s first player of the month award, run with the LFFP. Lyon duo Jule Brand and Melchie Dumornay are joined by Sanaâ Mssoudy of Fleury.

Both Lyon players have started the campaign strongly, pairing influence in open play with standout numbers.

Last season’s best player, the Haitian has hit a hat-trick against Fleury, then two braces against Paris FC and Le Havre.

She leads the scoring charts with seven goals.

The German has supplied five assists and scored once, making her the top assister in Première Ligue.
