Jules Koundé revels in France’s epic Six Nations win over England

Jules Koundé, the France and Barcelona defender developed at Bordeaux, revelled in Les Bleus’ dramatic 48-46 win over England that sealed the Six Nations title on Saturday night, sharing his excitement on X.
According to L'Équipe, his posts across the evening cheered Louis Bielle-Biarrey’s feats, the UBB wing scoring four tries, and urged Thomas Ramos on before the winning penalty.
His Bordeaux roots surface regularly, he supports UBB and was fully behind them in European competition last spring.
Born in Paris in 1998, Koundé moved early in life to Landiras in Gironde.
He began playing football there in December 2004 at the age of six, nine years before entering Bordeaux’s academy.
