Ivan Juric insists Atalanta ‘have ideas and good football, but are just missing the end product’ after another 0-0 draw with Lazio.
La Dea are the only Serie A side still unbeaten this season, as Juventus lost 2-0 at Como earlier today, but they dropped yet more points with their fifth stalemate out of seven rounds.
Ivan Provedel made two good saves, and was rescued by the upright on a Davide Zappacosta angled drive too.

“It is a performance where we created lots of chances, there were situations where we could’ve done better and scored goals against a team that defended well,” said Juric in his press conference.
“These dropped points are starting to accumulate now, despite the performances being overall pretty good.”
There was a surprise with Ademola Lookman given his first start since trying to force through a transfer to Inter during the summer, but he was fairly ineffective as a False 9.
“I thought Ademola made the right moves and created a few chances. We also finally saw the real Ederson today, and this means we can look to the future with confidence.”

It was an opportunity for Atalanta to take advantage of defeats to Roma, Napoli and Juventus, but instead they were again only able to scrape a 0-0 draw.
“I think the team should continue like this. We have ideas and good football, we are just missing the end product, the goals,” added Juric.
They are back in action in Bergamo next week in the Champions League when hosting Slavia Praha.
“On Wednesday we are up against an aggressive opponent, but we will try to match them man for man.”
