In a major development, The Athletic reports that Barcelona attacker Pau Victor is all set to join SC Braga in Portugal.
The 23-year-old forward is not part of Hansi Flick’s plans at Barça and has been tipped for a departure, even more so after the club decided to sign Marcus Rashford.
Now, as per the report, Victor is set to sign for Braga, with Barcelona poised to benefit handsomely from the operation.
Indeed, as per the report, the Catalans will earn a transfer fee of €12 million for the attacker, plus another €3 million in add-ons, taking the total value of the deal to €15 million.
Considering that Barcelona signed him for a fee of around €2-3 million, it represents a big profit for the club.

Victor joined the Blaugrana permanently in 2024 after having spent the 2023/24 season on loan at Barça Atletic.
While the forward made a big impression on the US pre-season tour, he was never given an extended run in the team once the campaign began.
After all, Victor, whose contract runs until 2029, was behind the likes of Robert Lewandowski, Lamine Yamal, Raphinha, Ferran Torres, and Dani Olmo in the pecking order.
Now, with Rashford also added into the mix, there was simply no way for the youngster to get meaningful minutes.
Even though Victor had interest from La Liga, he was said to be favouring a move to Braga, and will now join them in a permanent deal.
